A quick, free chat to get to know you. We discuss your goals, budget, risk vibe, and timeline. It’s all about making sure we’re on the same page and a good fit to team up. Not everyone needs a buyers agent…

Step 2: Make a Gameplan
We work backwards from your ideal passive income & retirement age to build a strategy that fits your life. Factoring in everything from kids and cars to yields, inflation, and interest rates. This session is exciting!

Step 3: Create a brief
Lock in your buying criteria. Things like location, budget, cash flow goals & capital growth. Then we crunch the numbers and map out a clear brief to guide the property hunt, with your thumbs-up before we dive in.

Step 4: Suburb Research
We use over 100 filters to weed out a shortlist of suburbs from 15,353 suburbs around Australia tailored to you. Think supply & demand, schools, infrastructure pipelines, crime scores, industry diversification, unemployment rates & migration.

Step 5: Property Selection
With your goals and suburbs locked in, we go hunting. We find the right property through our network… whether it’s off-market, pre-market, on-market, or something that’s slipped through the cracks.

Step 6: Negotiation
This is where we shine. We know how to negotiate and have solid relationships with agents, which means we lock in deals below market value… often covering our fee and then some.

Step 7: Settlement
Pre purchase and post purchase checklists are ticked off with us managing each step of the way to ensure you’re compliant and covered. From flood zones to methamphetamine residual testing… Yes that’s right.

Step 8: Rent optimisation
(Optional). Depending on the strategy defined in steps 2 & 3, sometimes renovations and furnishings cannot be ignored. We help you strategising this to increase yield, borrowing power, equity and cashflow.

Step 9: Ongoing support
We check in every 6 months with updated valuations to track your progress and see how much equity you’ve built. We also revisit suburb data to spot any shifts in supply, demand, or new opportunities.
